Gal Gadot, the actress who portrays Wonder Woman in DC Comics, recently welcomed her third child with her husband Yaron Varsano, a 46-year-old real estate developer. The couple named their daughter Daniella and she joins their two other daughters Alma, age 9, and Maya, age 4. Despite Wonder Woman’s affections for Steve Trevor, Gadot only has eyes for her husband and shared a sweet post on Instagram expressing her gratitude for her family.
Gal and Yaron’s love story began in 2006 when they met at an unconventional gathering in the desert of Israel. The event focused on yoga, chakras, and healthy eating, which wasn’t exactly their cup of tea but it eventually led them to cross paths and find each other. According to Gal’s interview with Glamour in 2016, they found themselves in a very strange party but it turned out to be the start of a beautiful relationship. Despite feeling a strong connection early on, Gal, who was only 21 years old at the time, admitted that she was too young to recognize Yaron as the one. However, Yaron knew right away and even mentioned on their second date that he was serious about their relationship and would propose within two years. True to his word, Yaron proposed two years later and they got married in 2008. Following their marriage, Gal landed a role in Fast and Furious 4 which required them to travel back and forth between Israel and the US. Although the constant traveling was challenging, it inspired Yaron.
In 2011, during an interview with TotallyJewish.com, Gal shared that she and her husband Yaron found apartments within a hotel in Los Angeles that felt like home, and this experience inspired Yaron to create his own hotel called The Varsano. She also emphasized their strong teamwork and mutual support for each other’s careers. After having children, Gal mentioned in an interview with Glamour that Yaron has been instrumental in helping them figure out how to balance raising their daughters and pursuing successful careers. He even encouraged Gal to be a role model for their daughter Alma and pursue her dreams while they figure out the logistics together.
Despite being absent from the red carpet for a while, Gal and Yaron remain unabashedly affectionate towards each other on social media. In celebration of their 12th wedding anniversary, Gal shared a delightful photo on Instagram featuring the two of them looking as content as ever. The caption read, “You’re everything to me, my one and only. Spending 12 years in marriage with you feels effortless, like a stroll in the park. Here’s to many more years together. I’m yours forever.”
